KICK–A–THON & GRAND OPENING CELEBRATION Saturday June 21 |
Our Kick-a-thon and Grand Opening celebration is coming soon on Saturday June 21st. All proceeds from the kick a thon will go to the Malaria F oundation International. We have planned and organized to hold the event in our parking lot and front lawn. We will be grilling hotdogs, have drinks and snow cones for sale. Come and Join the fun!
The following is a list of other things that are planned:
- Music / sound by Glenn Riches
- Bounce & slide for the kids
- Fire truck from the station next door
- Star Wars characters (Darth Vader & Boba Fett)
- Demo Team performance
- Board breaking
- Bake sale
- Ice cream sale
- Games / spin art / raffles
- cake walk
- Self Defense class
- Stranger Danger class
- Pilates try out
- Belly dance try out
- And of course the Kick A Thon from 1 - 4pm
We are asking help from all students and parents to please be encouraged to get involved in any way you can to help out. We still need help with getting donations from businesses for drinks, food, gift certificates, gift baskets, prizes etc. If any one has connections with other businesses that could help, please let us know. Also we need items for the bake sale and cake walk. Instructors and parent volunteers will be needed to run stations too. I want this event to be fun for everyone as well as successfully raise money for our charity MFI and bring good publicity to our school. Sincerely Mr. Charles Gettig |
