Choi Kwang Do is the Martial Art for the 21st Century. Like karate, tae kwon do and kung fu are different forms of martial arts, Choi Kwang Do is another form that is more fluid, powerful and natural. The Buford do-jang is a full time martial arts studio providing many services for adults and children. We are a family-based martial arts studio where children can learn discipline and self-confidence. Adults can learn self-defense. Choi Kwang-Do is also a great way to exercise!
