Like karate, tae kwon do and kung fu are different forms of martial arts, Choi Kwang Do is another form that is more fluid, powerful and natural. The Buford do-jang is a full time martial arts studio providing many services for adults and children. We are a family-based martial arts studio where children can learn discipline and self-confidence. Adults can learn self-defense. Choi Kwang-Do is also a great way to exercise!
